Dr. Ratushny is a Harvard-trained, board certified dermatologist and entrepreneur. Dr. Ratushny completed his residency training at the Harvard’s Combined Dermatology Residency Program where he trained with experts at Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Ratushny completed a combined MD-PhD Program at Drexel University College of Medicine and Fox Chase Cancer Center.
During the course of his MD-PhD Program, Dr. Ratushny used robotic-enhanced high throughput screening to discover two novel drug combinations, one of which went on to be tested in a clinical trial for lung cancer patients. Dr. Ratushny’s original research, case reports, and review articles have been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals in areas ranging from skin cancer, drug resistance mechanisms, Lyme disease, allergic contact dermatitis, and medical humanities. Dr. Ratushny is also an inventor on a patent for a combinatorial drug therapeutics for cancer. Dr. Ratushny is working with MetaOptima Technologies to develop mobile diagnostic solutions for dermatologists.
