What is the time commitment?

The project will last approximately six months from the start date (June to November 2016).

Will I be using my own phone?

Yes. All participants must have a smartphone that is compatible with one of the MoleScope devices available online: www.molescope.com/product

Where will my pictures be stored?

Your pictures will be stored securely in the cloud and can only be accessed with your account username and password. We use HIPAA-compliant security and encryption for all DermEngine accounts.

What if I change my mind?

If you can not commit six months to this project, we do not recommend that you sign up.

What happens at the end of the project?

All project participants will continue to have access to their MoleScope device and account.

What will happen to the information collected from the Pre- and Post-Project Questionnaire?

We will anonymize your answers and evaluate the feedback regarding the ease of use of our DermEngine system to improve user experience.

How much does it cost to participate in the project?

It is free to participate in the project. All participants will receive a MoleScope device (costs covered by BCIP) and have 6 months of free access to eTriage services and priority mole monitoring for the duration of the project.

What if I can not make it to the in-person Training Session (June 2016)?

While we strongly encourage all participants to attend the training session, we will provide online guides and training tools for anyone who is unable to attend the in-person training.
